The International Organization for Migration (IOM) receives Temporary Resident Visa applications on behalf of the Regional Visa Office of the Embassy of Canada in Dakar, Senegal for citizens of the countries listed below.
IOM also receives applications for those Canadian Permanent Residents who need to replace their Permanent Resident Abroad Travel Document.
Please note that IOM does not receive applications for Permanent Resident Visas. For information on immigrating to Canada, please see the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website.
